Here on our farm & in the seed office, we are all healthy & are doing our very best to get your seeds into the mail quickly. We have made it past the Spring rush & once again are shipping orders the following business day! Woohoo!



Gratefully, mail service in Canada is still running, albeit things are moving slower than usual. Canada Post is experiencing "Christmas-level parcel volumes" which is resulting in nationwide delays. We, as well as Canada Post's employees, appreciate your patience & kindness. To learn more, read Canada Post's Covid-19 Updates.

 In order to get your seeds to you quickly, we have made some changes to our shipping options:

--> We are now requiring expedited shipping on all orders.  We realize this may cost more, however, the last thing we want is to have your precious seeds sitting in an unknown part of the country, held up in this mail-log-jam! A tracking number = piece of mind.

In regards to estimated delivery times, Canada Post says: "Our goal is to continue providing timely & reliable service. But to be safe, give our people time & manage potential challenges, we have suspended on On-time Delivery Guarantees for all parcel services, until further notice.




--> We will be checking our emails daily but if you are able to self-serve, please do so. We want to prioritize getting your seeds into the mail quickly & we have PLENTY of farm work to do at this time of year!

Do you have a paper catalogue?

We don't actually have a paper catalgoue.

Incredible Seeds is a small, family business and the printing/shipping of paper catalogues would be far too expensive for us. Also, with our business, as well as in our personal lives, we are doing our best to move away from single-use & short term-use items.

How can I place an order?

Ordering online is fast & easy! Simply set up an account* or browse our catalogue as a guest. As you find items you’d like to have, adjust the quantity appropriately and click “ADD”. When you’re finished shopping click the shopping cart icon at the top of the page to review your and check out. *By creating an account you can add items to your cart at your leisure and check out at a later time. You are not, however, required to set up an account to make a purchase.*

How can I pay for my order?

Payment online is quick and convenient! We accept, Paypal*, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, as well as e-transfers & cheques. *Please note, you do not need a Paypal account to pay using Paypal.*

Can I place an order over the phone?

Not at this time. Our order process is most efficient when orders are handled through the website. If you feel uncomfortable about using credit cards online, please complete your order online and select “Cheque/Money Order” as method of payment and complete the order process by sending payment in the mail.

Where can I send a cheque/money order?

We do accept personal cheques and money orders for payment. Please note that all cheques must be issued from an official financial institution on security enhanced paper. Such payment can be made to

Please check your spam/junk mail folder for any missing emails. Please update your customer profile to ensure that you included your email address. If you do not find a confirmation email there and your credit card has not been charged, please email us and we will investigate.

Do you ship to the USA?

Regrettably, we cannot ship to the USA on account of American Agricultural Regulations.

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship internationally; however, please familiarize yourself with your countries agricultural imports policies, as some countries do not allow the importing of seeds, even for use in the home garden. We are not liable for any orders that are stopped by Borders Services.

When will my order ship?
We pride ourselves on speedy shipping! Your order will ship within 3 business days.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
If you chose a trackable shipping option you can track your order through www.CanadaPost.ca.

If you chose our $5.95 CanadaPost oversized letter mail, you can expect your package to arrive in 4-14 business days to major centres and possibly up to more for remote locations within Canada.

Can I pick up my order at your store?
Not at this time. We are a mail order business without a store front.


When will seeds listed as SOLD OUT be available again?
Seeds shown as sold out will be made available again for the next growing season. 

Are any of your seeds GMO varieties?
None of our seeds are GMO’s.

Are any of your seeds hybridized varieties?
None of our seeds are hybrids.

Can I store unused seeds for the following year?
Our seeds are sold for the current gardening season however if you store them correctly you can use most of them in future years. Place unused seeds in an air tight container such as a mason jar and place in a cool, dark place. Most seeds will have between 50-100% germination for 2-3 years depending on what they are. For example: parsnips and parsley have 1-2 year shelf life while tomatoes can last 5+ years. Most tree seeds are only viable for 6 months - 2 years.
