Before you send your email, here are some more answers to common questions:
- WE DO NOT SHIP TO THE USA! Due to American agricultural regulations it is not possible for us to send seeds over the border.
- We do not have a paper catalogue! In our business & personal lives, we are trying to lessen our reliance on single-use items. If you do not feel comfortable with internet transactions, you can complete your order & pay via cheque/money order through the mail. We can also take orders over the phone.
- You don't have to use your creditcard or have a Paypal account. You can easily place your order online & pay via cheque or e-transfer. We will hold your order until we receive payment in the mail. Please make all cheques payable to The Incredible Seed Company Ltd. and include your order number (#SH_ _ _ _) in the memo field.
- If you've already placed an order, thank you so very much! You will receive an email notification the day we get your seeds off in the mail. If your shipping option includes a tracking number, you will receive that tracking number when we return home from the post office.
