Cut through the green and white skin of this watermelon radish and you’ll find a bright pink and red centre. Sow seeds  in mid-summer and you’ll have a wonderful winter supply with these 3 to 4 inch radishes storing for up to 4 months. They will keep their colour even when cooked. Also known as "Chinese Red Meat Radish".
