Tree Spinach is a mild flavoured green that grows to 9 feet! Not a true spinach, Tree Spinach is actually a cousin to Lambs Quarters and is known by a multitude of names; Giant Lambs Quarters, Giant Goosefoot, Purple Goosefoot, Magenta Spreen.

This mineral rich green is easy to grow and can tolerate a variety of soil types. We enjoy sprigs of it lightly sautéed in butter.
