Cuore di Bue Tomatos are a heirloom variety from Northern Italy, translating from Italian to mean Oxheart. These heart shaped beauties are one of the best we've tasted for making tomato sauce, but can also be enjoyed fresh, sliced on a toasted sandwich. Cuore di Bue Tomatoes are extremely meaty, with very few seeds and vibrant red-orange skin.
