Statice is by far one of the best flowers for both fresh and dried arrangements. This Statice Garden Mix is no exception, boasting colours ranging from white, yellow, blue, lavender and rose. Their tiny tissue paper blooms stay just as vibrant once dried, making them a treat to work with!

Growth Habit: Upright growth to 3 feet height, strong stems with 1-3” flower clusters
Sun Requirements: Full sun
Soil Preference: Rich, well drained soil
When to Plant: Start seeds indoors 5-6 weeks before last Spring frost.
How to Plant:
Transplant: sow seeds indoors in containers or trays ⅛” deep, covering only lightly as seeds need light to germinate. Seeds should germinate in 14-21 days. Transplant young plants into larger containers. Harden off young plants before planting out after the last frost. Space plants 1 foot apart.
When / How to Harvest: For fresh or dried, harvest when flowers are mostly open and showing colour. Hang in bunches to dry.
Uses: Great cut flowers in fresh and dried arrangements. Strong stems and naturally dry petals make statice an especially good dried flower.
