Lady Han Hot Peppers are a very flavourful Korean style variety with medium heat. Plants are extremely prolific, loaded with 4 inch long peppers that ripen from green to bright red. This versatile pepper can be fermented to make Gochujang chili paste, a staple in Korean cuisine. Lady Han Hot peppers can also be dried, making Goghugaru chili flakes, often used in traditional Kimchi. Overall heat is similar to a jalapeno pepper.
