Hell’s Canyon Foxtail Millet can grow 4-6 feet tall with cascading seed heads that almost look braided. A beautiful ornamental addition to your autumn floral arrangements. Although Proso Millet (Panicum miliaceum) and Pearl Millet (Pennisetum glaucum) varieties are the ones most often grown for grain, Hell’s Canyon Foxtail Millet is also edible and can be threshed by hand.
