Pancho Leeks are an excellent variety to grow if your area has a shorter growing season. They’re early to mature, have a high tolerance for bolting in the Summer heat and have beautiful broad blue-green leaves. Pancho Leeks can be used in any of your favourite leek recipes, but we highly recommend braising them, a truly delectable dish. Remember to use their green top too, throw them in your favourite stock recipe for added depth and flavour.
