SINGLE BULBS. Music Garlic, a porcelain hardneck variety, loves our cold climates. An Italian cultivar, brought to Canada by Al Music in the 1980s, has since become a true classic among garlic growers. It adapts well to a large variety of soil types and growing conditions, a dependable bulb you can count on year after year. Music Garlic’s flavour is rich and strong, not overly spicy when raw and sweetens when roasted. Its bulbs have large cloves (4-6 per bulb) that are easy to peel. Bulbs are 2"-2.5" large. Turn the radio up and sing your favourite song while planting your Music Garlic this Fall!
