Red Treviso Endive is a beautiful, cool loving bitter green. Its leaves start out green in the Summer, changing to a deep red once temperatures become cooler in the Fall. Red Treviso is a head-forming endive. Its leaves can be eaten raw or cooked, however their flavour will be much sweeter after roasting or grilling. Enjoy!
