Arikara Yellow Bush Beans are a prolific producer. Beans are yellowish-tan and best when dried for later used. Excellent in soups, stews, baked or cooked, then ground as a spread (like humus). Plants are very drought tolerant, but still require some watering. Beans can be harvest when very young and tender as snap beans, but are most often and best suited as dry beans.
