These gourds are famous for making birdhouses! Once dried, the Birdhouse gourds can be painted, carved or cut - turning them into anything your mind can imagine. To make a birdhouse, simply drill a hole large enough for birds to enter—they naturally hollow after the drying process.

The vigorous 15-35 foot vines can be grown on a trellis or wall, or along the ground.
