Who are we?

Incredible Seeds is a small, family business that was born in a backyard in the Annapolis Valley & which came to fruition at our off-grid home & gardens on Nova Scotia’s beautiful South Shore.

Our seed catalogue is a hand picked selection of open pollinated & heirloom veggies, herbs, flowers & trees, that we've come to love over the years. These seeds are great for our diverse Canadian climates & 100% GMO-free.

Christopher is a lifelong gardener with a keen interest in soil nutrition & home grown fruit. I, Hilary, am a doula with a background in holistic nutrition, culinary arts & a passion for grassroots food security. We both began gardening as children & are grateful to our parents & grandparents for handing down this wonderful & essential life skill.

Incredible Seeds now straddles both the mainland & Cape Breton Island; with Incredible Seeds HQ in Bridgewater & our family & gardens now growing near Mabou, Inverness County.

It is amazing to be able to employ people year-round in our rural area. For those of you who live rurally, you KNOW how important good, consistent jobs are in keeping your communities afloat. Your enthusiasm for our seeds also enables us to provide support for multiple community garden projects, both here at home & across the country.
