What a lovely and unusual tree! Averaging 30 feet in height, the Mimosa, or Persian Silk Tree has deep green, fern-like leaves and incredibly exotic, pink, feathery flowers. Hardy to zone 6, this tree can been grown in many micro-climates right here in Canada!

Prefers full Sun, rich soil and will grow quite quickly given the right conditions.

Growing: *Germination of 70-90%*  Mimosa Silk Trees seeds have a hard coating on their shell and scarifying the seeds will help water to penetrate and improve germination.
