Okihijiki, (Saltwort) Seeds

(Salsola komarovii) Annual. Okahijiki (meaning seaweed on land) is a traditional Japanese culinary herb. Leaves are succulent-like, crispy and slightly salty. Plants grow 12 inches high, but leaves are best harvested young.
