45-60 days. This Chinese thick stem mustard bred by Brett Grohsga, is a beauty. Heavy leaves and stems are fine balance of sweet and spicy. Excellent for mesclun and can be cut again and again throughout the season. The plants are cold hardy and should survive the winter in Zone 4.
