We hope you are as excited as we are about our new Live Plants section. This has been a long time dream for us and it is so rewarding to finally be offering these edible wonders!
As we go into our second season offering plants, here are a few things to know before ordering:
Plants can only be shipped within Canada.
You, the customer, are responsible for identifying your official hardiness zone, as well as your property's micro-climates and soil conditions. Incredible Seeds cannot replace or refund plants suffering from being planted outside of their hardiness zone or from environmental distress.
Shipping of live plants will commence Monday, April 27th.
If you order plants as well as seeds, your seeds will be shipped within a few days of us receiving your order.
Live Plants will be sent using Canada Post's Expedited Parcel service. If you order seeds & plants, your shipping rates will be blended to accommodate both shipping costs.
We promise that our Incredible Plants will be in excellent condition when we send them to you. Upon receiving your plants, if you have any issues, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can come to a resolution together. It may make sense to send a replacement or provide you with a credit. If you think a plant is damaged or dead, please don't get rid of it until after we've had a chance to talk. Details are key to knowing what may have gone awry.
Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.
Every species has different requirements and your plants will adapt well in your garden if you cater to their specific needs. Please get your plants in the ground as soon as possible. Like a fish out of water, roots out of the ground will not last long.
As we all know, life is unpredictable! All scenarios are unique so again, please don't hesitate to contact us over any concerns you may have about your new plants. We always enjoy hearing from you! Tell us how well your plants are growing! #incredibleseeds
