Chervil is a member of the French 'Fine Herbs' family. Delicate leaves are best used fresh or lightly cooked. The foliage resembles carrot tops and has an anise flavour. Curled Chervil looks a bit fancier used as a fresh herb. Goes well with fish and chicken. Chervil Flowers are also edible and pretty!
